TelePro® Online recognizes the value of establishing
distribution relationships with organizations who are already active
and have an established clientele in our target markets. Our interactive
call center software was designed to improve performance for telephone
skills and as such is a fit for almost all business organizations.
We actively encourage relationships along the following general
guidelines:
- AGENTS: An Agent relationship is a perfect starting place
for Contact Center consultants, organizations who currently sell
into the Contact Center market and Contact Center SME training
organizations. With this relationship, companies can add TelePro®
Online to their mix of product / service offerings and benefit
from the commissions TelePro® Online can yield
without being required to commit to a yearly sales target. For
those organizations which are larger or can see a ready-now client
interest in Contact Center e-learning, the higher commission rate
of the Business Associate may be a more appropriate starting point.
- BUSINESS ASSOCIATES: This relationship is ideal for organizations
that can commit to a minimum level of sales and who wish to benefit
from the greater commission such a commit warrants. These may
be larger organizations than would seek an Agent relationship,
organizations who have experienced success with the Agent relationship,
or organizations who know the need for this product among their
clients and prospects and who wish to increase their benefit from
a relationship with TelePro® Online.
- DISTRIBUTORS: While the Agent and Business Associate
relationships have been standardized, the Distributor relation
ships, established for organizations that specialize in aggregating
high volume product and services for the call center sector, are
each unique and are negotiated as such. With these relationships,
the minimum sales commitment from the Distributor is higher, commensurate
with a higher commission rate.
- OTHERS: We welcome Joint Ventures and OEM relationship
proposals especially with ventures that add unique value propositions.TelePro®
Online supports partners in each type of relationship with the
materials and training they will need to be successful in bringing
TelePro® Online to their markets.
